Mirvac opens first BtR in Sydney

Mirvac has helped the Build to Rent model by finishing its first BtR tower in Sydney's Olympic Park. Unfortunately at that size it will be hard to create true 'community' due to the spacing, lack on interaction and natural social network sizes. What is positive is the NSW government’s plan to half land tax for new BtR projects and waive foreign investor surcharges for developers.
